Permanent account suspension

If you’ve been permanently suspended that means you’ve continued to break our rules and have ignored our warnings.

We don’t take suspensions lightly and always send a warning before permanently suspending. It’s important we protect our Shpock community, so we cannot tolerate prohibited behaviour.

Here are some of the most common reasons we may have suspended your account:

• You’ve listed prohibited items
• You have insulted other users
• You have not finished your deals
