I can’t remember my password

Don’t worry if you’ve forgotten your password! You can request a new one by following these steps 😊

• Click 'Login' at the top right and choose 'Forgot password?'
• Pop in your e-mail address and we’ll send you an email with a link to change your password. Don’t forget to check your junk folders!

If you’ve registered with Facebook, Google or Apple you won’t have a Shpock specific password and will just need to login using those account details.
