An item is automatically marked as sold once buyer and seller have confirmed an offer. The 'Sold' label will then automatically appear on the listing.
If you sold the item elsewhere:
- Tap on 'My Shpock' in the app or click on your profile picture at the top right on the website
- Select 'Selling' and find the item
- Tap on the three dots and select 'Delist'
The item will then be removed from your selling list and you’ll not be able to access it anymore. If you want to sell it again you’ll need to create a new listing.
Remember! Deals arranged via the public Q&A section won’t appear in your sales count and they won’t be automatically marked as sold. You will also not be able to leave a review for your partner.
