Tips for paying with PayPal

Here’s our top tips for buying and selling with PayPal.

Buying:

• Request to pay via PayPa when making an offer on an item
• Make sure the item you’re going to buy isn’t excluded from Paypal Buyer Protection
• Keep your shipping address in PayPal up to date
• Do not pay via  'Friends & Family' as you’re not protected

Selling:

• Make sure the item you’re selling isn’t excluded from Paypal Buyer Protection
• Only ship your item once you’ve received confirmation of payment
• Send the item within good time, and make sure you a trackable delivery service
• Remember there are PayPal and Shpock fees when paying with PayPal
