Reporting another user

If you want to report a problem, it can either be because of the item (broken, not as described) or because of your deal partner (inappropriate language, spam).

When it’s because of the item, please click here. 

If you want to report your deal partner, it depends on whether you have a collection or delivery deal:

• Collection deal: Open the chat with the user and tap on the three dots in upper right corner > Report partner > Select reason
• Delivery deal: Open the chat with the user and tap on “Help” in upper right corner > Report user > Select reason

Remember! Make sure you select the correct reason and add a brief description for reporting your deal partner so we can make sure we take the relevant action.
