Once the seller has shipped the item and you have received it, you can tell us in the app if everything is OK or if you have a problem with it (damaged, missing parts, not as described). But it looks like the seller hasn’t shipped the item yet.
Unfortunately, it can happen that the seller does not react at all. In this case we advise you to request a cancellation by tapping on ‘Help’ in the top right of your chat screen and choose the ‘Cancel this deal’ option.
Remember! Once the item has been shipped, you have 7 days to tell us if everything is OK or not. As long as you let us know, you’re covered by our Buyer Protection which means we’ll refund you in full if something goes wrong.
Please note that reporting a problem is only possible via the app.
