Who covers the shipping costs is entirely up to you. We advise you to clarify the shipping method and costs directly within the offer process or in the public questions before agreeing on a price. Most shipping companies also offer a rate calculator on their websites (e.g., Royal Mail provides a page with their rates), where you can find out about the applicable shipping costs in advance. The costs naturally depend on the destination country, as well as the weight and size of the letter or package.
You also have the option to choose between uninsured and insured shipping. We always recommend insured shipping, especially for expensive products. Insured shipping is slightly more expensive, but it offers tracking, which allows you to follow the product's journey. Insurance against loss or damage is also usually included here. (Please refer to the respective shipping conditions for this.)
We also ask you to keep the shipping receipt safe until the product has arrived with the buyer.
